The Mission

Public Service Announcement Project is started as a way to inspire the anime-walling community to venture into something that isn’t in their comfort zone, but still something that is within their talent to accomplish and eventually give them something that might be useful for future projects, either for profit or for just plain boredom.




Theme: Advertisement (be it music, fashion, alcohol, illegal drugs , violence "free for all") xD

Dimensions: Vertical type advert minimum width : 700px || horizontal type advert minimum width : 1000px

Guidelines:

* It just needs to look like you are trying to attract consumers
* Text is required.
* Advertise your name and if you choose to advertise something popular like "VODKA" or "MILK" you need to incorporate your name in the design that would look like it belongs there.
* Using anime as an element in the entry is ok, I know some of us just can’t get them out of our system xD

this is a great idea. Rather than just being a random work of art, it could be used as a cover for portfolios, both online and off. A very beneficial project, indeed..

Has to be your name. It can be related to something else, but your name, is, well, the Name. Like, if my SN was Absolut and it was a (their) Vodka ad.

Actually this is a good q 'cause that was sorta what I had in mind to do, for some of my ideas anyways :] Also can we play with parts of our names? For example, if I just used "fly"/"dream" in my text and connote the other part of my name in the design. That was part of another idea that I got last night x]

my guess after your answer gid is it wasnt good D:

= it doesn't need to be about YOU only, it's about everything you can advertise.

= just having your name in the sig is not creative which defeats the purpose

= if the submission is not focused on your "NAME" all i need is for you to incorporate your name, either real name, nickname, pseudonym or whatever "name" related to you in the design and make it actually look like it belongs there


@ flyin, fly and dream could work as long as it's recognizable that it's from your "name"
