My favorite source is probably Anime News Network...
I like browsing through reviews and I especially love reading their columns. It helps that I (sort of) know one of the main columnists there, and checking out people's responses in the forums generally turns up some pretty neat stuff too XD

But a co-worker just linked me this site
which I'm happily browsing through right now... and reviews like this one on Samurai 7 reminds me why I love reading reviews lol. That synopsis was awesome!
