So yesterday me and Na-kun set out some new guidelines for ze new IN x) READ!
Most of it is really straightforward and like *doh* but there are also some stipulations in there about stock photo usage and what-not. Tell us what you think :]

One of the main things we want to try is to shift the gallery so that the focus is more on original walls - as it's really happening already *points to most of the recent submissions* Personally I'd love to see IN turn into something like Pixelgirl, or some hybrid of original-anime wall communities. Pixelgirl's submission guidelines really inspired most of IN's new guidelines actuall). You guys should all check out that site btw if you haven't already, they have really gorgeous desktops:


Obviously there's still lots of features in the works, but there'll most likely be some housecleaning going on after the dust settles. In the meantime let us know if we left something out of the guidelines... think of this as an extension of the last "what should IN really be" discussion that we had :]

wait....so no more using scans too...?

To be honest I'm not really sure, but I think using scans should still be fine. I know na-kun wants to keep a section going for comic walls, maybe movie walls. There'll still be an anime category - it's just that anime walls with scans won't be the sole main focus of IN like before. At least, that's my take on it so far x]

Pornography does not "suck." Obviously, there is a bias here, and I request that it be taken into re-consideration.
