sort of a strange suggestion but, why not make IN4 more of a collective rather then a open community? I only say this cause its somewhat obvious that the people here that are actually active probably number around 20. wouldnt it be better if we just sort of closed it off and made IN more driven towards specific projects and such?

I dont know, this is pretty much just random thoughts but I sort of feel like with such a small population of active participants, more of us could potentially take on active roles instead of just uploading/posting. I mean heck, it might just be me but I spend alot of fucking time wandering on IN, more so then i should in regards to how active people post. It just feels like I could be contributing more to the site.


lastly, i was wondering is IN still technically a wall-centered site? I can already see a shift away from simply being anime, but why not make it full blown general art like DA? I mean...i guess thats simply what people have been asking for with the whole non-wall res stuff.

Another thought - maybe give the forum section a little more prominence on the front page? Could be as simple as showing 7 or 8 most recently updated threads and taking out one row of walls.

I would definitely like to get more into this forum thing, especially since my job blocks alot of my usual haunts. Considering I do 85% of my random browsing at work its getting lonely.

The general art/ non-res gallery sounds enticing and would be a sexy bonus :o would I be able to submit some doodlies?

could the forum be prioritized somehow? in terms of thread freshness. navigation seems a little wonky with relatively dead threads hovering. no biggie if thats how things are around here.

Haha Evol, with the dead hovering threads do you mean the stickied starred threads? I picked out some threads that I thought were more relevant or were ones where people might want to come back to for posting. I could do a minor clean up of those if that's what you were talking about.
